This is a super awesome picture of Kat by James Tang (we were both really bored at work, so he decided to get some drawing practice in.)  He does a remarkable job showing Kat's personality, and her hair looks super-cute.  I really like his style, I wish Kat could look this cool when I draw her! ^__^ Yay fan art!
