Azriel, waiting to be judged. This is before his fall from heaven, before he lost his right wing, however, Purgatory is the place where all time slumbers at once, so it reflects in Azriel's body all events that take place during his existence. All you can really do in Puragotry is think about what you've done and fear what punishment will come to you when you are finally judged. So understandably, Azriel looks a smidge depressed.
This is pretty simple, as far as pictures go, but I drew it as a focus on body language.  Besides, honestly, how exciting do you think Purgatory would be?  Yeah, that's what I thought.  ^__^;;
The ribbon is too dark now that I see it against the background, and in the larger version of the picture it also looked more like there were platelets floating around in it, which was an effect I liked.  I'm very proud of the face, especially the eyes and the torso's not too bad either.  I'm not too happy about the wing anymore though. -_-'  ...maybe later I'll add some floating feathers and Azriel's halo...maybe not.
